You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

    Once we receive your request, our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and provide detailed instructions for returning the item.

  3. Pack the Item
    Carefully re-pack the item in its original packaging. Please include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.

  4. Ship the Item Back
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is safely returned to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Processing Time: It may take up to 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
